A 45 min. full-body workout including light weights and props. The barre class is focused on movements that target stabilizing muscles and work endurance. A perfect way to cross-train or as your regular fitness regimen.

Pilates

A 45 min. full-body workout on a reformer that focuses on spinal movement, stability, mobility, and stretch. The classes are modern/athletic style suitable for beginners to seasoned students.
