Cancellation Policy
There is a 12 hour cancellation window. If you are on a membership or the new client special and you cancel less than 12 hours before your class you will be charged $15.00. If you are on a package you will lose the class with no additional charge.
Drop-in Policy
Drop-ins are only offered as a perk if you are on a membership. As a member you can bring one friend per month for free and after that each Pilates class is $35 and barre is $25. We offer class packages to members and non-members during intermittent flash sales but no other single drop-ins are available.
Late Arrivals
For the safety of our clients and instructors, and to minimize disruptions once class is underway, studio doors will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to enter the studio or join class. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow time to check in, get settled, and prepare for class.
We understand that delays happen! However, once the doors are locked, instructors will not be able to leave class to let late arrivals into the studio.
